How long does shipping take?
Within Canada, expect your package to arrive in 5 to 7 days once your order as been processed. For international orders, your package should arrive in 7 to 10 days once your order has been processed.

We do not. All of Evalina Beauty’s products are cruelty-free.
Where are your products made?
All of our products are developed and designed in Canada. Our philosophy is to create clean luxurious makeup that is high performance and high quality and we work with manufacturers all over the world, including Canada, Italy, Germany and China, to produce the very best products possible.
How long will my products last?
We generally recommend that products be used within 2 years of manufacturing or 6 months after opening for best quality. Every product has an expiry date on its package.
Where can I find information about your products?
Information about our products appears on the individual item pages. We are committed to developing high-quality cosmetics with amazing performance, endurance and pigments, using the most trusted and clean ingredients available without compromising the performance. All of our products are cruelty-free, paraben-free and vegan whenever possible. We use ethically sourced and synthetic ingredients, such as ethically sourced palm oil and synthetic beeswax. Plus, our products are fragrance-free as much as possible—we don’t think we need to add fragrance to cover up! We haven’t yet been able to find replacements for ingredients that add sparkle, shimmer and colour in shadows, such as mica, but our goal is to continue working with our manufacturers to provide the best possible products with ingredients that are cleaner for you and the environment.

Your card will be charged as soon as you place your order.

What’s your return policy?
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your order. You will be refunded the full amount using the method of payment you used for the purchase. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please note that sales items are final sales.
